PHARMACIST | OUT-PATIENT
Roles and responsibilities:
Prescription Processing and Dispensing as per DOH laws, rules & regulations
Proper patient Counselling
Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential issues with patient prescriptions
Providing drug information to healthcare professionals & patients.
Knowledgeable & well aware of all Insurance policies & procedures & minimizing claims rejections
Controlled Drugs Management
Stock & Expiry Management
Follow DOH & MOH rules & regulations
Organizing & supervising Pharmacy technician workflow
Assuring pharmacy confidentiality and patient privacy at high priority
Flexible to do shift duty
Ensure excellent customer service
Develop positive business relationships with customers at Pharmacy level to achieve growth
Ability to work compatibly with colleagues to reach consensus and to achieve Department goals.
Work efficiently in different shifts including night shifts, public holidays and weekends.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requisitos
Education and licenses
Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science
DOH Licensed
Experience and skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in In-patient Pharmacy setting
Fluency in English, and native Arabic
Computer Literacy skills required
Working conditions
The incumbent will be required to work during weekends, public holidays and nights.
May be required to work overtime depending on the needs of the Organization.
This job may require the ability to continuously stand or walk. It may also require the ability to bend, squat and lift documents and files.
