Description : Part-Time, Remote, USAHours: M-F 9am – 1 pm, available for occasional after hours and/or weekend schedule changesPrimary Objective: To coordinate the physician scheduling process and to provide administrative support to the physicians and management of CRL.Responsibilities: Develop, update and distribute weekly Tele/Neuro Interventional/Body Interventional and Neuro Radiology physician work schedule, vacation schedule, and call schedule.Arrange for additional physician staffing and/or emergency coverage due to unscheduled absences, illness, weather, etc.Provide assistance to the CRL Credentialing Department, as needed, including liaison activities with CRL physicians and assisting in obtaining required signatures for credentialing forms.Assist the physician recruiting effort by providing onsite coordination of the interviewing process ensuring the interview itinerary remains on schedule.Participate in the new physician orientation process including assigning pagers, ordering lab coats, obtaining ANW ID badge and parking card, reviewing the CRL physician work and vacation schedule.Ability to have flexibility to provide occasional on-going support after scheduled hours and/or on weekends.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Post high school administrative and/or medical secretarial training.Two plus years administrative experience working with a medical practice or in a medical facility.Prefer experience scheduling physicians, work assignments, call, etc.Medical terminology knowledge.Assertive take-charge interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $30.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Physician Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
