SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a small Ofsted Outstanding SEN provision in Brent. We are recruiting for a Primary Trained Teacher that has experience of working with children with Autism to start a full-time role ASAP.

The ideal candidate
be an excellent, engaging and reflective classroom practitioner
have good knowledge of SEN (particularly those with ASD/complex needs)
be able to assess, plan, resource and review the needs of the children in line with their EHCP
motivate, enthuse, engage and inspire our pupils through an engaging Autism specific curriculum
to develop strategies that enhances the wellbeing of children with ASD
be able to communicate effectively with parents, pupils and colleagues
establish and maintain a positive and effective learning environment
be able to demonstrate flexibility, good teamwork and a commitment to the school’s values and mission statement
be a dedicated, caring professional who wants to be part of a happy and successful team
You must be:
Patient and understanding.
Be a qualified Teacher with QTS.
Be supportive of the classroom teacher and deliver strong classroom management skills.
Be empathetic towards pupils with learning difficulties.
Be flexible with your teaching styles in order to adapt to each individual.
Be confident working with both groups and 1:1.
Liaise effectively with parents and colleagues.
