Experience:
4-5 years of experience in Project management (preferably in a Tech firm)
Experience in coordinating mobile and web app design and development projects is preferred
Experience in client-facing and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Objective:
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the project team.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, finding out areas for improvement, and coordinating with the development team to implement solutions.
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with the project team from various functional departments.
Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Competency in Project management tools like Jira along with Confluence.
Having Coding background will be desirable.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects.
Day to day activities on the project, stakeholder communication and necessary action for the successful delivery of the project.
Dealing Commercials & extending the engagement with the client.
Feedback of employees and understanding the grievances of the project team and take appropriate action to resolve the pain.
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
Skills:
4+ years of project management experience.
Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms.
Proven ability to work with different stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE II.
Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms.
Strong attention to deadlines, budgetary guidelines & team management.
Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skillsets.
Educational Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
