Job Description:
As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for generating the schedules for our mobile health teams and Special Projects, based off the team members provided availability.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling hourly employees for weekly shifts on multiple projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring project viability.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Required Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
Confident phone presence and excellent overall communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and pivot projects based on priority
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
