Description : Position SummaryPeah Capital is a looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager with a strong background in marketing, technology and web services to fill immediately in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within a decided upon budget, timeline and scope. The main project this candidate will be managing is a 3D PropTech Web App in the real estate technology space.Note: This a full-time in-house position based in Wynwood, Miami, FL. Salary begins at $90,000/year based on experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSetting project timeline and planning every aspect of a project from start to finishSpeaking to relevant stakeholders or clients and providing clear progress updatesCommunicating and leading creative and development team about client or project needsSubmitting intuitive meeting recaps after meetings take place with next stepsMonitoring and staying on top of project deliverablesDeveloping and presenting custom proposals for prospective clientsResearch and build strategic plans, pitch decks and presentationsQualifications3+ years of Project Management in technologyBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceHas a solid understanding of the various Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum etc.)Experience working with web developers and programmersStrong business acumen in project planning and managementUnderstands on a high level the different programming languages and tech stacksStrong understanding of real estate and interior design industriesBasic accounting and operations skillsExcellent research capabilitiesStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsSkillsHas a handle on project management systems and tools such as Jira, Asana and/or MondayHas a solid understanding of FigmaHas a solid understanding of GitHubBoth Web and Tech-savvyProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteNatural Problem SolverHigh-level Task ManagementJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Work Location: One location
