Description : Meraki Talent’s leading Financial Services client has a requirement for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow where you will oversee all aspects of global human resources practices and processes to support the company’s growth while maintaining our unique culture and atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and implement policies and programs to guarantee compliance to all UK employees.
Assess training and development needs to apply and monitor career path tracking / Employee orientation
Expert in employment law and employee relations Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the resolution of incidents
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Build high-trust and impactful relationships with employees and leaders.
Responsibility for various processes like: on-boarding of new employees, termination, employee, evaluation etc.
Structured compensation and benefits according to market conditions and budget demands.
Support managers in performance, employee relations, retention, hiring and employment termination
Review and analyse global trends
Background of the Position:
3+ years of experience as HR Generalist/ HR Manager
Financial Services experience desirable
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership and team management skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Communication and influencing
