Description : About The Role
PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HRCL Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, based in Aberdeen.
The role is currently available on a remote working basis though this is being regularly reviewed.
The Senior Coordinator will effectively coordinate and manage general HR and Contractor Liaison activities including administration for the department whilst supporting the Head of HR and Contractor Liaison.
Duties for the role will include the following:
Plan, manage and direct workload for HR and Contractor Administrators
Provide training and development of HR and Contractor team members as required
System Administrator for Cascade System
Input to tender requirements as necessary
Oversee the requirements for preparation of contracts of employment, service agreements, amendments, renewals and other contractual paperwork
Responsible for ensuring contractor company details and insurance certificates remain up to date and are recorded on Cascade System
Responsible for ensuring New Start, Changes and Leaver requirements are closed out
Advise Head of HR and Contractor Liaison on a variety of general HR matters, including status updates on workload, outstanding service agreements etc.
When required, coordinate and liaise with external HR specialists
Undertake and participate in HRCL projects as discussed and agreed with Head of HR and Contractor Liaison
Assist with developing, improving, implementing and reviewing policies and procedures as required
Process the necessary administrative tasks associated with day to day HRCL queries and issues
Provision of reports as required
Oversee recording of annual leave and absence management
Ensure HRCL records, files and systems are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
Liaise with health providers to arrange medicals, random drug screening and staff health surveillance and ensure all paperwork is returned timeously
Undertake benefit administration to ensuring cover is in place for employees and notification of available benefits to employees when appropriate:

Pension
Employee Assist Programme
Any other benefits
Inputting historical information and going forward current details to Cascade system
Manage staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and manage expectations
Support the Head of HR and Contractor Liaison with redundancy, grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
Creating a positive employee relations climate
Oversee creation of PD&MS Company CVs
Oversee Baku visitor visas and monitor for expiries
Support the Head of HR and Contractor Liaison as and when required
Assist with the preparation of job and person specifications
Assist with HRCL team interviews when required
Assist with other duties as deemed appropriate
Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
About You
This position would be well suited to an individual with previous HR Coordinator experience and should ideally have a background in contractor liaison.
Confidentiality, accuracy and excellent time management are all essential to the role and experience in a similar role, ideally with some people management experience would be ideal.
Candidates should be CIPD qualified and meet the following competencies:
Educated to higher grade level or equivalent, with a pass in English
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of Human Resource Management Systems
High operating standard in the use of MS Office applications
Exposure to People Management
