What you will be doing
Flipkart’s User Acquisition & Retention team is responsible for creating delightful consumer experiences on the Flipkart App. Whether it is creating the App’s modern design, conceptualizing quick and efficient ways of shopping or designing wonderful games and videos that keep users hooked on to the platform, the UAR team is behind making it happen. The UAR team is critical towards achieving Flipkart’s mission of bringing the new generation of internet users in India to shop online for the first time. The talented #Flipsters from the UAR team have been behind using voice recognition and NLP to recreate a shop-like experience where customers get real-time suggestions as well as highly successful engagement initiatives like Entertainer No. 1 and Cricket Battleground that have been firsts for Flipkart. Whether it be classic E-Commerce constructs or innovative growth strategies for the next-generation of E-Commerce such as Grocery and Travel, the UAR team is at the center of it all!
The HR team for UAR is on an accelerated trajectory with ambitious plans to work on cutting edge areas in the people space. Must-Have Skills/Experience:
Strategic Thinker /Change Management- Processes, Policies, Training and systems Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work
Strong Bias for Impact Based Action – Flipkart works at a very rapid pace and this is what would be expected.
Passionate and driven by ownership – across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
HR Analytics and Deriving Insights from Analytics to proactively spot concerns and deliver solutions
Storytelling – Creating and telling compelling stories that can inspire action and deliver impact
Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 1/2 institute
At least 6+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, learning and development, compensation and conflict resolution.
