Description : Via Medica International Healthcare – Dubai if looking to hire a qualified and experienced Senior Sourcing and Procurement Specialist with extensive Medical and Healthcare background. Must have a vast experience dealing locally and international suppliers.
Provides Strategic Support for Sourcing and implementation efforts. Guides the sourcing efforts to establish high quality and cost-effective supplier relationships. Oversee Procurement Process and ensure compliance to processes and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the Procurement Team
Supplier Management (Pre- Qualification) SLA
Creation of Client Estimates
Procurement of Materials and Services
Document Control
Reports
Education Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor of Supply Chain
Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in a clinical Laboratory, Medical Device, healthcare environment. History of implementing vendor selection and Procurement improvements.
SAP experience is an advantage
