As such, user research, defining problems to be solved, product roadmap planning and prioritization, analytical measurement and leadership qualities are key to this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, global company and make a real and lasting impact!*Day to day responsibilities include: *Define and refine a vision and strategy which will give both B2B customers and Ding value for a product area, bring stakeholders on the journeyOwn the product lifecycle from customer need identified to go-to-market by working closely with Management, Business, Technology, Analytics, and our Design teamsBe the leader of one or more cross-functional product teams, establish crystal clarity on product direction and ongoing product requirements for all team membersCoach and manage any product managers reporting to you and support coaching across the teamPartner with marketing to create a proposition and go-to-market plans for your products, ensure they are positioned for the best chance of successBe effective in prioritising all product work in your area based on customer needs and business value using stakeholder input and leveraging dataTake ownership for your work with pragmatism and a growth mindset, show resilience in the pursuit of valuable work but equally know when to quit and pivotRun experiments for initiatives, so we are continuously learning and improving the product for our customersRegularly identify, synthesise, and share customer, competitor, and market trendsBe the voice of the customer within your product team and for your product area, focusing on solving problems for customers elegantly while being commercially mindedPublish reports and key metrics for consumption by senior management, internal stakeholders with support from our data teamContribute to the wider product strategy and as needed develop compelling business cases for major new product initiativesIdentify and lead process and sometimes structure improvements to get the best outcomes for productKey Attributes we’re looking for: 4+ years of product management experienceComprehensive experience working in and with product teams that drive business resultsA passion for creating effective and intuitive mobile experiencesExcited by a fast-paced and high growth environment that is collaborativeLeadership and management skills that support development and continuous improvementExcellent problem solving, communication and organization skillsPragmatic, positive and approachable with a strong commercial acumenSelf-motivated and results driven with a desire to make things happenPassionate about the customer, usability, design and product management with a willingness to introduce change and challenge existing priorities, processes and proceduresAbout DingDing was founded to change billions of lives by accelerating mobile access.As the number one international mobile top-up platform in the world, Ding has been keeping people connected since 2006, when it launched this first-of-a-kind service.
