What are we looking for?
Otis are looking for a talented and driven individual to provide transformation leadership across our service business. You will drive change and enable a culture of continuous improvement by leading existing transformation initiatives and supporting the identification and development of new programs.
Reporting directly to the Service Director, this key role will work closely with business units in Chiswick and Leicester, so we can accommodate candidates who live in a reasonable commute of either West London or the East Midlands.
As Service Transformation Director, you will:
Optimize commercial business processes to achieve long term time and cost saving solutions
Facilitate a culture of change enablement to help drive transformation activities
Lead idea generation through creativity
Provide insight in to improvement opportunities within areas such as customer feedback, commercial billing, reporting, app development, technical and products
Partner with technical, operational and support teams to develop initiative road maps, objectives and key milestones
Review collated data and convert information in to business opportunities
Translate service business objectives into a formal, cohesive transformation activity framework
Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the transformation function and it’s day-to-day activities
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Transformation and business optimisation experience within a service business
An analytical, data-driven mindset and creative aptitude
Demonstrable success influencing and driving change
Strong business acumen, cross-functional exposure, strong decision making skills, highly collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a matrix environment
People management skills and the ability to bring teams together for common objectives
Strong administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs and objectives
