As our Social Media Content & Community Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing content (with a heavy skew towards video and social media and other owned channels) on the official Monese social media networks. From creating monthly editorial calendars to implementing marketing strategies to deliver Monese’s brand message creatively, the Social Media Content & Community Manager is the link between our brand, Monese and our social media followers.

Role Specific:
Create content that nurtures community interaction and conversation
Design graphics for social platforms – capture and edit video for use on social media
Update and manage Monese’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.) per our social media strategy
Plan and oversee all organic social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers
Measure the success of our social media activities by managing, monitoring and reporting on the performance of the posts and audience reactions
Engage with brand followers and fans on social channels
Advocating our brand and actively going out within the online communities to connect with potential customers
Conduct social media listening and actively listen to our audiences, address concerns, demonstrate an authentic social presence, and maintain productive partnerships
Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and facilitate new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
Track and report on all social media metrics
Manage marketing efforts across social media platforms
Coordinating with different teams to get the ideas executed
What we’re looking for from you
At least +2 years of experience and solid knowledge of content creation, growing social channels and social media platforms
Knowledge of social media management tools and social media monitoring metrics (SproutSocial & mention would be a plus)
Creative thinker & self-starter mindset, genuinely interested in continuous learning
Strong empathy to understand our audiences’ challenges and issues and support them in finding solutions
Beginner’s mindset, driven by trial & errors and not afraid of failing
Great sense of humour, good at story-telling and passion for the social media industry
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent English writing and editing skills, understanding the particular writing characteristics for social media, such as the use of keywords, hashtags, and the importance of brevity
