Team and Position Summary:
The candidate will be part of the NexTech team under Shared Services based out of IDC Gurgaon.
The Shared Services Site provides a one stop shop for all mission critical services at high quality and a low cost. The team manages a range of responsibilities, from solving complex problems for all our stakeholders across the board by offering world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure To Pay for Goods not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and to Pre & Post Payment Audits.
Being part of the LC/NC Tech team of NexTech as a Software Engineer ,the candidate will be responsible for working with different business groups to understand oppportunity areas and help by contributing in the space of LC/NC development.
With their hard work the candidate will be able to make an impact on business by helping them automate their processes and take strategic decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, enhance, and administer a variety of QuickBase,Powerapp applications
Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes. Build custom applications and develop custom pages using both the QuickBase API as well as regular QuickBase,Powerapp interface.
Support Applications in Production enviornment
Investigate cloud/infrastructure issues and raise with relevant teams for resolution.
Simple fixes /minor code changes
Debugging of code and systems errors and triages problems to find solution using the application itself.
Needs to work in night shift (US time) and demonstrate flexibility
Good to have Technology , Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, C# ,React , Node JS and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git
Can confidently solve issues or identify root cause
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work.
Understand Business processes/Problems and Propose Solutions.
Work closely with process experts and client resources to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements
Influence others including those more senior on best practices
Good understanding of business environment, good communication skill and ability to work proactively in a fast paced environment
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Min 2 + years of work experience.
Graduate in Engineering / IT / BCA / MCA / Other discipline
Needs to work in night shift (US time) and demonstrate flexibility.
Skills Required : Quickbase, PowerApp (Open to explore technology) any Additional Tech would be a plus.
