Be a part of Talabat IT Helpdesk team and provide IT technical support to the internal users.
What’s on Your Plate? (Core Responsibilities):
Manage user identity and access.
Analyse user requirements and troubleshoot desktop, network & systems problems.
Act as a Tier-1 & 2 Support for IT related issues register in IT helpdesk
Installation of IP phones and basic troubleshooting
Maintain the IT asset documentation and ensuring that all assets are recorded, updated/removed.
Liaise with the vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Highly involve in on/off boarding of employees, setup the machines, required software and all the related setups.
Understanding of security framework
Understanding of end point security, DLP etc.
Understanding of network structure.
Serves as lead for the team; allocates work and provides guidance to team members
4 – 6 years of experience in Helpdesk environment.
