Key Responsibilities: –
Handling Team of Cluster Manager.
Banking experience, if from other FI operators, better. Otherwise a hardcore sales person with in depth knowledge of distribution setup and handling urban and rural distributors
Knowledge of both Urban and Rural geographies of the State
Team Player and team builder
Comfortable with Travelling, working long hours and app friendly.
Relationship with BoB Zonal Office, Regional offices and Branch Managers and other Banks, which comes to our fold.
Source CSPs across geographies, on board them and handle the FI operations
