As a Barclays Strategy & Transformation Manager with Barclays UK Technology, you will be on a team that forms part of the Channels Engineering Organisation. Working to deliver strategic change for the majority of Business areas, driving new business and improved customer experience across all products including Colleague Desktop, ATM & Self Service and a range of online, internal, external and Barclays App products

What will you be doing?
• Identifying and supporting Channels Business management initiatives; participate in and lead all aspects of the Metrics development process and associated reporting
Developing of the Technology Strategies working with a number of platform and domain teams and across key business stakeholders to work on the future of BankingWorking Closely with the Channels Business teams to drive out future demand and activity aligned to the Channels Business strategyDelivering and enhancing of channels reporting to internal and external stakeholdersProviding input into the Channels medium term plans submissions to secure future years fundingDriving Monthly Business reviews across Keys areas to track performanceHaving responsibility of management of the channels costs as and when requiredDeveloping the business case and associated benefits of key initiatives pre-project
What we’re looking for:
• Successful stakeholder and supplier management – internal and external
Ability to work across a wide range of teams both internal and external to BarclaysAbility to work with highly Technical areas to support and drive the Technology strategyMust have experience of working in Retail Banking environments, coupled with strong financial skills

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
