Job summary
Ring is seeking a dynamic team coach to support the Social Care team. The ideal candidate is a driven, organized, self-motivated individual who will engage and develop a team of Social Care advocates in a collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
Be accessible and act as a general resource for all team members.
Work and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.
Escalate trends, product issues, and agent and customer feedback.
Lead and support projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and close.
Display the ability to dive deep and accurately assist peers and customers.
Display a positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
A day in the life
As a Social Care team coach, you will support and drive initiatives through communication, proactive feedback, and collaboration. On a daily basis, you will ensure service levels are met with urgency when responding to customers on social media, and will conduct a minimum of 3-4 feedback sessions per day on Social Care advocates. You will ensure accuracy of information sharing, troubleshooting, and professional conversations and conduct as well as supporting other team members when necessary. Additionally, you will strategize with your Supervisor and plan activities while reviewing prior wins and opportunities.

Ring’s Social Care team is responsible for being the brand voice of Ring on all social media platforms, directly impacting customers. The Ring Social Care team monitors and responds to customers on multiple social media accounts. By empowering frontline team members with easy to use tools, training, and reliable workflows, our vision is to leave lasting impressions on customers where ownership is not only defined by our ability to fix the problem, but also by our ability to serve and share the voice of the customer.
Degree in Social Media and/or Marketing.
Previous experience responding via social media on behalf of a large company.
Experience leading a small team for over one year.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Experience with Sprinklr.
