Description : Our client is a leading retailer and E-Commerce company seeking to hire a Technical System Analyst. The primary purpose of the role is to provide production support, delivering fixes of identified issues, analyzing & executing change requests. The role holder will role out existing applications to new sites, implement new solutions and ensure all applications are working as designed.
Key Responsibilities
Support of applications and interfaces in the Retail, Sales and Marketing and Reporting Applications
Research, design, implement and manage software programs
Code/Program new applications for business
Test and evaluate new programs
Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications
Write and implement efficient code
Develop quality assurance procedures
Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
Maintain and upgrade existing systems
Train business users
Support ERP team
Support IT Operations team
Work closely with other Developers, UX designers and systems analysts
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
Understanding of OOP principles & good programming skills
Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle
Good Working Experience in PHP, C#.Net and Magento development
Experience in web developments (CSS3, Bootstrap, React UI, Angular JS, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, DOM, XML, REST, SOAP and XSLT)
Experience on developing Mobile app, PWA technologies and frameworks.
Acquainted with API design patterns to create modern API design
Working knowledge of CMS frameworks
Knowledge of SEO principles / Google Analytics / Google Data Studio
Working Experience of SharePoint Online development, PowerApps, Power Automate is a plus
Flexibility to pick up new skills in technical & business process areas
Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
Good troubleshooting, remote support and decision-making skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Good Team player and Ability to build and sustain relationships in a multicultural environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
BE / BTech In Computer Science from a reputed school. Master’s in Computer Science is an added advantage
Magento certification is a plus
6-8 years of experience in Tier 1 IT Companies
