Temporary Resourcing Assistant / Administrator – HR Job Ref: GLA 0005 725E / 1 To work as part of a team providing a high quality human resource service including resourcing and recruitment. The Resourcing Assistant participates in all stages of the recruitment process providing general administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities:
Work as part of the Resourcing Team to provide a comprehensive service for recruitment and retention, contractual issues, advising on terms and conditions, induction, payroll issues.
Participate in all stages of the recruitment process to ensure the most efficient and effective service for managers and applicants.
Draft, produce, amend and issue contracts of employment / statements of particulars and changes to contractual details.
Arrange meetings, diary management and minuting of meetings.
Ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is maintained on the online recruitment system and human resources information system.
Assist with the management of the remuneration and benefits policy and maintain pay and pension records and inform payroll of changes.
Advise managers and staff on routine human resources issues, including pay and conditions of service, recruitment and retention, statutory obligations and entitlement, and basic employment issues.
Coordinate the temporary agency worker booking process.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Successful experience of using online recruitment system and human resource information systems, including analysis and interpretation of statistical information.
Diary management experience.
Minute taking skills and experience.
ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
