ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of a small team you will have an exciting opportunity to see the whole picture and help everywhere. This role is one of the first in the UK team and sits in the Revolut UK risk management function to support the CRO in the implementation of the risk management framework including governance structures, operational and credit risk management. In the early days, the role will help build the business and support the new leadership team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Build, Identify, assess, document and regularly review risksDesign, implement and test controlsDevelop and test key proceduresCreate and review key risk indicatorsCreate and monitor risks against limits, produce reportingDevelop, implement and manage risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators and risk appetite statement metrics trackingBuild and manage incident management process including monitoring of communication channels for risk incident alerts, partner with Group resources on investigating group risks relevant to UK, partner with the business on development of any remediation actions, registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reportsLead various projects to uplift the risk management capability for Revolut India
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
2:1 degree from a top university & at least 3 years of work experience in Risk Management in financial services;Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complexity;Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail
