Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – We need innovative product manager who will collaborate with business and technology team and should have solutionist mindset for problem solving. Should be passionate about long term and sustainable product building approach. • To create maintain and improve hozinotal modules of BFL-MBK CobrandApp as a product • As part of run & maintenance part need to work oncustomer experience improvements of existing modules in-app journeys. In addition need to work on buiding new in-app capabilities 3-click jourenys lead-capture journeys. • Define KPI’s to be measured & work towards continuous innovation market relevance and sustainability of individual products. • Scoping and prioritising a product roadmap and delivery plan based on business customer and product objectives aligned to the overall roadmap • Create detailed product requirements documents to IT PMO team for developments • Maintain communication with business users and keep track of each step of the integration/enhancement process • To engage with different cross functional teams to constantly improve all metrics of the mobile app • Benchmark best apps in market and process implement their best practices to run app with great efficiency • To drive and deliver strong engagement capability modules/platform • Engaging and delivering technology builds with internal stake holders & Subject Matter Experts (COE teams) • Creating project work streams with clear delivery dates and driving cross functional teams to deliver basis agreed dates. Experience and Expertise: • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles • MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in mobile app product management or project management or engineering teams. • Requires good software design and understanding taking a lead role in working with business users & others working within BFL organization • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company • Additional skills for MS Word Excel Power Point Outlook Azure Devops
Required Qualifications and Experience
