Description : Pivot Physical Therapy, a premier provider of physical therapy and sports medicine services, has an immediate opening for a passionate and experienced Patient Care Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will provide front desk coverage including check-in/checkout, insurance verification, appointment scheduling by phone and in-person and providing superior customer service to all of our patients in the area, near Short Pump. Medical office experience preferred but not required. Successful candidates will be friendly, patient-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
