APPRENTICE HR ADVISOR

Our Apprenticeship Scheme provides a unique opportunity for new talented individuals to start an exciting career within the commercial real estate market.
For the first time, we are now offering an accredited route to becoming a fully qualified HR Professional. The Apprenticeship scheme combines learning on the job, formal training, and optimum support to gain a professional CIPD qualification and is open to individuals with A-levels, who have chosen not to pursue a degree.
HUMAN RESOURCES APPRENTICE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our People team work hard to support our colleagues across multiple business areas; it’s a busy fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and you will be working alongside experienced professionals with a love and passion for people. The team is made up of HR Business Partners and subject matter experts in Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning & Development, People Operations and DE&I. Our team work closely together to support our colleagues in making CBRE a successful business and have plenty of fun along the way.
This apprenticeship is three years in duration, incorporating three rotations throughout the business occurring annually each September. It will result in a Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institution of Personnel and Development.
The role of a HR Partner varies and throughout this programme you will develop your skills in supporting leaders and managers in providing the most appropriate support and advice, based on business needs, whilst ensuring that the business operates within the boundaries of employment law.
This apprenticeship will cover a core set of knowledge areas including the development of HR Technical expertise providing a solid understanding across all HR disciplines, legislation and a working knowledge of the HR policies and processes of the organisation.
You will work for four days a week and have a mandatory ‘study’ day each week.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to gain detailed knowledge of HR practises in both theoretical and practical terms by combining both study and work.

EDUCATION
GCSES Grade C (or 4) or above in English and Mathematics or accepted current or prior equivalent Maths and English qualifications. Ideally to have 3 A Levels at grade BBC or an equivalent qualification. Must be eligible to live, work and remain in England, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
