We drive a dynamic accounting profession that works every day to build trust, create opportunity and grow prosperity worldwide.Summary of Role: Provide proactive, timely, and quality project and administrative support to team members.Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including actively managing registration for meetings and sending related materials.Secure and assist with logistics for meetings and events.Manage meeting materials, coordinate distribution and posting of materials, prepare written correspondence and other documents, and format/edit various documentsProcess business expenses and invoices and assist in internal budget process/maintenance.Maintain distribution listsServe as an internal and external face of the organization in the highest professional manner.·Prepare effective and engaging PowerPoint presentations for various meetings.Plan and coordinate special events as needed.Screen calls and take messages; schedule appointments.Maintain a full understanding of team schedule, work load and projects in order to balance priorities and move effectively between tasks.Perform various duties related to the daily operation of the office (i.e., tasks related to office supplies, mail, filing, office equipment)Performs other duties as requested and assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Detail-oriented, with a commitment to timeliness, quality and accuracyHighly organized with experience working for multiple peopleStrong calendaring skills.Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all mattersProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to provide information and interact with others with courtesy and tact.Must be proactive and be able to perform satisfactorily with minimal supervisionAbility to be flexible and solve-problemsWillingness to get involved in improving the team’s administrative processesRequired Experience, Qualifications & Education: Experience in an administrative role for a human resources teamWhy Work for Us?At The Association, you are part of a global, diverse and talented group of colleagues.
