ALIGNER SALES SPECIALIST

POSITION PURPOSE
Through outbound calling the Aligner sales specialists mission is to close deals with customers who have already been through the first phase of our sales process – taking and returning their impression kit. You will consult with our prospective customers about their proposed treatment plan, answering their questions in the process and leading them through our journey to their new smile. Closing deals includes explaining their treatment plan and how it works, what they will receive in their aligner package and discussing ways of paying. A day in the life includes managing existing customers, selling our add on products, and always making sure the customer comes first in every customer interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting Byte consultations to a range of customers to educate on product, pricing and payment options
Building relationships with customers and qualifying their potential to convert
Managing customer leads, stages and conversion tracking
Meeting / exceeding sales targets for aligner plans and sales of other products in accordance with business objectives
Assisting in new hire training and support as needed
Liaise with other business departments to close deals
Organisation and priority of tasks to meet deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to putting team first
Assisting other departments or ad-hoc duties as required by management
The successful candidate will have:
1-2 years of experience in a customer facing sales, customer service or service delivery role.
A – C GCSE English & Maths
A good level of computer literacy, including experience using business software such as the Outlook Suite of applications and Microsoft Office.
Experience and/or knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills
A genuine and demonstrable interest in Wellbeing, personal health or self-improvement.
Professional phone manner and communication skills
Understanding the concept of taking, making and closing sales leads
Experience providing customer service in a busy and complex environment
Excellent administration skills
Demonstrated high-level organisational skills, including attention to detail, the ability to set priorities, juggle competing demands, manage time and plan work effectively to meet deadlines
Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as the ability to exercise independence and judgement where required
A strong commitment to excellence in customer relations and a hands-on approach to service provision
Demonstrable use of initiative to improve business performance
