Description : 26 Hours per weekWe are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident nurse to contribute to the delivery of a high quality antenatal immunisation service to patients having care at South Tees Foundation Trust. The post holder will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the immunisation service and maintain up to date electronic records.The post holder will provide advice and information about immunisation in pregnancy to pregnant patients, educate staff and other stakeholders. The post holder will be expected to take a public health and woman centred approach to improve health and tackle inequalities. The post holder will assist with extra duties in the antenatal clinic such as initiating blood sugar monitoring and assisting the obstetric team.South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills.
