Hire, manage, mentor and grow a high performing team of App Dev Engineers that delivers results through rapid iterations
Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout product life cycles, influence best practices for your team and own operational metrics
Develop best practices to build and operate critical integrations, services and reusable assets
Own strategy planning, prioritization, driving architectural decisions, and end-to-end project delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment
Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs balancing the business needs versus constraints.
Prioritize, communicate, maintain, and execute roadmaps, project plans, and commitments for business deliverables
Provide thought leadership and establish technical vision for the team
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with 3P integration and risk mitigation
A track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects
Experience in engaging with 3rd party product support to research and drive issues to resolution
Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills.
Experience influencing engineering best practices in your organization
Thorough understanding of enterprise information systems with an ability to interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
