SUMMARY
Provides patient care support to hospital patients. Under the primary direction of the Hospitalists.
JOB DUTIES
Conducts patient visits in the Hospital. Ensure Patients are seen in a timely manner and provided professional care while documentation is complete and accurate.

SPECIFIC JOB DEMANDS
Strength: Medium Work – Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling 20 – 50 Lbs. occasionally, 10 – 25 Lbs. frequently or up to 10 Lbs. constantly.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Graduate of a nationally accredited and/or state approved PAC or CRNP educational program approved by the American Medical Association.
Pennsylvania Certification as a PAC or CRNP.
CredentialinglCompetencies in accordance with current credentialing and/or competency requirements.
BLS and ACLS required.
At least two years clinical experience preferred.
Prior experience in ICU care with cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, and temperature changes. A large part of work time is standing or walking. Subject to certain distasteful patient care activities and exposure to communicable diseases. May be exposed to potential hazards such as chemical wastes, body wastes, fluids and other possible infectious material
