Role Summary:
This role will work alongside the Vice President of Online & Gaming on a day to day basis across all non-subscription digital products, providing strategy support as required as well as taking on production responsibility for a variety of digital projects and platforms including audio. Reporting to the London based VP, Online and Gaming working across all brands including, but limited to, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Ricky Zoom and Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the non-subscription product roadmap, creating project timelines and leading production schedules through to delivery
Driving the content and brand creative of non-subscription products through briefing and scoping and end-to-end management of 3rd Party Agencies
Provide key communications with Product Managers, Marketing Directors and stakeholders to manage digital projects ranging in size and scope
Creative input into digital artwork and feature artwork for a range of digital products and promotional assets, including in-app AB testing
Ensure consistent tone of voice and creative execution for content across all aspects of DPS apps
Create, implement, maintain, and report results of the creative strategy implementation across all communication for DPS measuring user retention and engagement
Collaborate with the User Acquisition Marketing Manager and Director of Growth Marketing on app store optimisation
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure that editorial, game content, seasonal campaigns and theming of assets reflects brand strategies where appropriate
Undertake QA Testing before product launch, analyse and effectively communicate the issues
Project manage localisation of apps for multiple territories including voice recording sessions and translations
Strong understanding of Content Management Systems and the ability to share knowledge clearly with the editorial teams
Manage day to day digital enquiries as required and be key point of contact between agencies and internal team members
Provide general day-to-day digital production support as required including localisation projects and new brand project launches
Consult on licensed digital products such as console games and hardware, as required
Undertake market research if requested and disseminate report findings
Key Competencies:
Proven digital project experience and knowledge of software and coding languages required
Demonstrable passion for content and children’s brands
Ability to think logically and creatively to resolve problems inherent in any new digital project, whether prioritisation, compliance, budgetary or technical
Strong editorial skills
Ability to communicate well and get things done in a pro-active manner
Strong project manager, with ability to juggle several priorities and meet tight deadlines
Resourceful with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
