Description : Position: Area Manager, Greater Manchester
Number of Positions: 2 positions available (Door Supervision Area Manager and Security Guarding Area Manager)
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 dependent on experience and skill

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday) with evenings and weekend working

Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring shift coverage meets expected standards and site rosters are accurate in advance
Ensuring service delivery standards meet expectations
Monitor, respond and investigate incidents appropriately
Ensuring the company reputation is not adversely affected
Motivate, coach, engage, recognise, and reward employees in your area and take corrective action where performance is below expectations
Recruitment and Onboarding
Effectively manage communications amongst your teams
Maintain good administration of systems and general management/office/meeting etiquette
Ensure when evaluating costs, the company’s best interests are maintained
Frontline working hours. The Area Managers will be required to undertake 1040 frontline chargeable hours during the year
About you:
A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.

Leads from the front and is willing to undertake frontline SIA duties when required
Has great people skills; be friendly and know how to motivate others and be empathetic

Enjoys innovation and engaging with technology – always being on the lookout for smarter ways of working and adding value for our customers and frontline team
Demonstrates tenacity and attention to detail
During screening you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.
