Description : Assistant Brand Manager EMEA & LATAM
We are looking for a brilliant Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic Rest of World marketing and commercial team dedicated on EMEA and LATAM markets. You will be championing our No7 Beauty Company brands in these markets by executing the marketing strategy to localise our global brands and delivering on ROW targets. This exciting role will be full time, based either in Weybridge or Nottingham with a hybrid working model.
About the opportunity:
This Assistant Brand Manager EMEA role is vital for delivering the activation plans for No7BC brands in the EMEA region and contributing to improved local brand health, awareness & delivering on ROW targets. This role will support the marketing team in executing the marketing strategy to localize our global brands in the EMEA region, in existing markets and ensuring best in class launches and continued momentum once business has been established.
Key Responsibilities will include:
supporting the delivery of local brand plans
global asset translation and adaptation to local market needssupporting brand execution digitally for both new and existing markets
supporting local social and PR media content plansbudget maintenancePresenting to internal and external stakeholders
About you:
Are you a current brand manager or assistant marketing manager who can support business performance through the growth of brands? Are you passionate about an insights and data driven approach to marketing? Are you experienced in building successful partnerships with key retailers in the UK or internationally?
Experience in the following areas is highly sought for this role:
Assistant Brand management or PR experienced required
Interested or experienced in beauty
Experienced working with external stakeholders (retailers, agencies etc)
Passionate about meeting customers and market needs
Thrives in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, team player able to work autonomouslyAble to build strong working relationships across geographies with a cross functional teamExperienced in supporting team on budget
