Job Responsibilities:
Address business and personal needs for the Company President resulting in increased ability to focus on critical business needs
Learn the decision making, thought process, and preferences of the company President in order to respond to needs on his behalf
Assist with management, financial, process, and all business related tasks
Manage and prioritize tasks and goals on a daily basis
Organize efforts to maximize efficiency and productivity
Interface with team members and clients to contribute to the success of the company
Communicate clearly, thoroughly, and effectively via email, phone, video, and in-person
Develop a thorough understanding of the business, industry, customers, and staff
Assist with scheduling and plan travel as needed
Participate in company and industry events when applicable
Minimum of two years of work experience
Computer and mobile device savvy with proficiencies in Microsoft Office and other common applications
Candidate should be personable, self-motivated, detailed, organized, analytical, and a problem solver with the ability to balance coinciding commitments
Experience in technical industry a plus
This position is available for a remote worker.
