We are building a young dynamic team with a growth mindset and a passion for building great software. As an Associate Product Manager, you will develop trusted relationships across Glide Invest and our partners, assist in technical product and feature developments across various products, and drive escalated issues to resolution. Additionally, you will passionately dive into and analyse data across our tools and platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc), to identify customer issues, and then drive development and execution of solutions for these. This role will report to the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities include:
Product Analytics, Customer Feedback and Insights
Own the Product Analytics Function and Maintain Analytics dashboards using tools like Zoho Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Analytics and WebEngage.
Maintain a constant feedback loop with Glide Invest Users and Potential Target Audience; understand user/market needs for the Glide Invest app
Deeply analyse the above data – identify patterns, problems, actual user needs and turn them into actionable Product Requirements
Product Development and Enhancements:
Engage with the product team to understand business goals, feature requirements, and technical capabilities; help drive key decisions to align with business objectives.
Create comprehensive PRDs, low-fidelity wireframes and work with design and engineering teams in implementing agile methodology for product delivery.
Work with Product and Marketing Teams for overall Product and GTM Strategy.
Own Activation, Engagement and Retention Metrics and conduct experiments/campaigns with Marketing Team to improve the metrics.
Demonstrate your strengths and background in either in finance, engineering, design, marketing, or data analysis to improve the success of your products
Requirements
Qualifications : BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Min 1 year of work experience especially with data and startups
Background in engineering, finance or related fields a big plus
Experience with products like Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics a big plus
An insatiable desire to know your customer through data, data and more data
Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of deliverables
Super high energy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for data analytics, product management, and a history of self-learning
