Our F&B area can seat 300+ visitors (inside and out) and is a high-volume operation. We feed and water super hungry surfers, out guests staying at The Camp – a 25 safari tent set up introduced in 2021, and spectators who come to hang out in our amazing venue.
The Wave are looking for experienced Baristas to join our F&B team!
As a Barista here at The Wave, you will be part of an amazing F&B team that delivers fantastic food and drink, gives an amazing customer experience & is always safe, secure & legal. You will be our all-round coffee hero, using your knowledge to provide our guests with consistently awesome tasting drinks at speed, ensuring all coffees are made to spec and keeping one eye on the machine and grinder to unsure quality throughout the day. We will train and develop your current skill set, so in turn you can help your fellow Wavemakers become confident baristas also.
Our ideal Wavemaker will have a can-do attitude, be able to ‘muck-in’ and work positively under pressure.

We have a mixture of hours available with a role start date of March 28th.
We are constantly reviewing our salaries and due to the increase of the national minimum wage, the higher pay bracket will take effect in April 2022.
