Description : Stonegate have a new role available – reporting to the Director of Marketing, we’re recruiting for a Brand Development Manager to deliver some business critical projects. One of these projects will be to develop and roll-out a new brand proposition including the creation of brand DNA documents which cover all things from target customer, competitor mapping, F&D proposition, design look & feel and everything in between.
The Brand Development Manager will have the perfect balance between being highly creative and imaginative, whilst also being highly process driven with very good organisational and project management skills. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join us at an exciting time, to shape and form our new format.
Key responsibilities for the Brand Development Manager will include:
Creating, testing, learning and rolling out a new customer facing format across the UK
Building modular site activity programmes and support toolkits to embrace the nuances within each site.
Managing external PR via agency on launch and awareness plans and customer comms.
Constantly measuring the success of the format through measuring customer insight, market data and financial analytics through the creation of a brand dashboard.
Implementing an internal operator engagement plan to communicate all activity across the format
Identifying competitor and market mapping
Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Regular liaison with Operational Director and Ops team.
We’re looking for the following Qualifications or Experience:
5 years+ Marketing experience within on-trade/hospitality
5 years+ Marketing manager experience (or equivalent)
2 years+ Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive experience (or equivalent)
Marketing qualification such as Degree, MBA, diploma or CIM
Line management skills essential
