Description : Our client, a well-established leading FMCG who distributes, markets and sells an extensive range of products worldwide, is seeking a Brand Manager.
You will be managing new product designs, looking after all Trade Media and overseeing the company website.
This is a varied, challenging role where you will have autonomy to expand your role and experience.
Salary £40,000 with an annual 10% bonus, 25 days holiday and hybrid working options.
(You must have at least 2 years’ previous experience working within an FMCG business)
Duties:
New product design & process management in line with internal knowledge of European guidelines and market needs
Management of nominated marketing agencies
Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of social media channels
Management and interface of data management services for market measurement analysis
Trade Media co-ordination – in tandem with nominated company PR representatives
Company website management and responsibility
Updating/maintaining product image library, maintaining/developing company product catalogues, linking to all external image requests
Trade Show Management – preparing stands, stock, documents and promotional materials for events
Product training for sales department, customers and new employees
Event concept creation, implementation and support
Creation of artwork, presentations, adverts, promotion flyers, banners, in tandem with the Sales & Marketing plan
Communication with senior management & sales team with regards to existing and new marketing activities
Marketing campaign evaluation and management
Providing support for the Sales & Marketing opportunities across all other key retail accounts
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ working within a FMCG business
Social media experience
Strong organisational and analytical skills
MS Office skills at a competent level
Moderate Adobe skills
Ability to communicate at all levels and cross functionally
Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail
