Description : Responsibilities:
Need to communicate with International and domestic client.
Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business need.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse and define current business processes as well as requirements
Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Creating User Stories and documenting BRD, FRD and user manual documents
Handling RFQ / RFP for Digital marketing, Shopping cart, CMS based websites, Mobile app development and IT staff augmentation.
Supporting the Manager in delivering the project plan on-time and on-budget
Effectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner
Skill Set:
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst in IT service base firm.
Experience in handling Web Development and Mobile development, websites/CMS/E-commerce / Mobile Apps / Internet Marketing project
Strong customer service orientation
Strong technical knowledge.
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
