The department has three areas of specialisation, Infrastructure, Application Delivery and Architecture & App Platforms.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a BA to join our application development department, focusing on the development and implementation of both bespoke and 3rd party applications, as well as change for business areas and the many systems they use.The candidate should be comfortable with, and possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the software development lifecycle, as well as a sound understanding of the role of a BA in application development.The analysis team work across several projects, programmes, and delivery streams and provide analysis expertise within an agile environment. They play a key role in of the delivery of bespoke applications, enhancements, and business process optimisation to support our business in providing a great service for our clients.The department is responsible for bespoke and packaged software development, focusing on applications that are essential to our business, and making sure that we are equipped with the technological tools we needs to develop and grow.Responsibilities of the role: Joining the analysis team, you will be expected to provide high quality analysis across a number of projects, with full autonomy to plan and conduct your own analysis within a supportive environment.You will have the opportunity to lead your own analysis, or at times, work as part of a larger analysis team for significant projects and programmes.
