YOUR ROLE:
Merchant Acquisition
To identify and acquire potential merchants from different categories to participate the platform.
Responsible for creating merchant profile in system and documents submission.
Organize meeting and conduct presentation to the Business Development Manager or any relevant PIC of the merchant company.
Provide system guidelines and training to merchant respectively.
Key account
Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to inquiries and requests from merchants
Keep track of merchants performance in terms of sales & S-Coin rebates.
Develop new business opportunities with existing merchants by way of introducing campaign/ promotion.
Involve in the daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Able to work at Bukit Raja, Klang.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
