As a Business Developer Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as working with existing accounts to grow their business on REKKI. As one of the first team members of the Supplier team you will be responsible for shaping our product and working closely with product teams in designing the future of REKKI.
Responsibilities
Supplier Acquisition: acquiring new suppliers to the REKKI market, onboarding them and making sure that they are set up for success
Managing Existing Customers: work with existing suppliers to ensure that they are making the most of the REKKI market
Generate Insights: Ability to understand the issues faced by prospects and current customers, find the solution and work with the Product team to build it and launch it.
Skills
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development role with a track record of achieving critical metrics, revenue targets, and company goals
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal, and with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated facility juggling multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines
Ability to adapt quickly to business priority changes and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
