Description : The Smalls is a global creative production hub co-creating boundary-breaking video content with diverse filmmakers for clients with a global perspective.
We have a passion for film and short-form content. From one-off Instagram videos through to long-form video content for multi-channel campaigns, we specialise in producing all video formats
including branded content, documentary, social video, corporate and explainer videos for brands, agencies and publishers.
We began as a short film festival, which still runs annually. In 2011 we launched our own production arm working with brands and agencies looking to commission video content via our fantastic and diverse community of talented filmmakers, production companies and content creators. Our in-house creative team, alongside client services and production, ensure our work is the highest quality output.
We are one of thirty companies globally recognised as an official Facebook and Instagram marketing partner. Our clients include BBC Storyworks, Bloomberg Media, Barbican, Facebook, Google, Uber, CNN, Air Asia, Ogilvy, British Council, Nespresso and more.
Our UK office is located in the heart of Shoreditch, in London. Our Singapore office is on the bustling Keong Saik.
TITLE: Business Director
LOCATION: London, UK (split between office & remote)
REPORTING TO: Managing Director

We are now looking for a Business Director to lead on the biggest accounts in the agency and work to drive organic growth. Are you our next Business Director? Can you help us drive new business and secure new partners?
Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the client lead on the largest accounts in the business
Build senior-level client relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted partner and consultant
Hit organic growth targets for key clients on a quarterly and annual basis
Support in new business development with a focus on responding to briefs and helping us win pitches
Work collaboratively with internal teams in Production and Creative to deliver campaigns which are creatively ambitious
Be an ambassador for the agency’s culture and values!
