Job summary
Following significant government investment and a new model of care, Health and Wellbeing are seeking Mental Health Practitioners.
Mental Health Practitioners will need to work as part of a multi-disciplinary service which provides community services, outreach and liaison to support integrated practice and seamless service delivery for young people and their families. Mental Health Practitioners will hold a defined caseload and provide evidence-based assessments, interventions and treatment plans for children and young people.
The role requires a professional qualification and registration in a core health / social care profession e.g., mental health nurse (RMN), Social Worker or Allied Health Professional, with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. A post graduate qualification in a related area is desirable.
