Hours: 38.5 per week
Salary: £9.20 per hour

Seagrave House Care Home, located in Corby, is currently recruiting for dedicated and caring team players to join us as Care Assistants. As Care Assistant, it is desirable that you hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), however, experience is less important than your energy and caring nature. It is equally important that you can demonstrate the right behaviours and attitude for working in an adult social care environment. You need to love working as part of a team. A full induction programme will be provided, alongside formal training opportunities.
The role will require you to work shifts on a rota.
Our brilliant Care Assistants undertake the following tasks:
Provide person centred care to our residents in all aspects of their daily living
Ensure that the needs of our residents are met, including social, emotional and physical needs
Support and assist residents at meal times in accordance with their individual needs
Help to promote independence and dignity in all of our residents
Ensure that all clinical records are kept secure and are updated at the appropriate times
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues
