We have a great team and great longevity.PART TIME, CONTINGENT AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE: Looking for caregivers and CNA’s to bathe, and assist in all tasks of daily living for our wonderful residents. No experience? We will train the right individuals. Must be friendly, caring, patient, and a team player. Must have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a physical, fingerprint background check, and drug screen.Being a part of a team approach to patient care allows you to build a special relationship with residents and co-workers in a long term care Assisted Living & Memory Care setting. Under the supervision of the Wellness Director, our caregivers provide assistance with everyday living tasks in accordance with each Resident’s Individual comprehensive care plan and assessment.Duties & Responsibilities: · Answers call lights to determine resident needs.· Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.· Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.· Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.· Assists residents with turning and positioning in bed.· Assists residents with ambulation for short distances in the facility.· Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.· Performs other tasks as assigned.Position Requirements: · Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisor, employees.· Willingness to work with the elderly.Job Types: Part-time, contingent and full-time.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $16.87 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
