Pay based on experience.Responsibilities:Input all clients and caregivers into software systemAct as the main point of contact for clients and our caregiversCollect and organize all files and state required paperwork for caregiving employeesReach out to potential new caregivers for orientation, training, and staffingStaffing/Scheduling: Match the caregiver’s skill set with the client’s needs and follow up on progressMust be available to potentially answer phone calls after-hours and during weekendAny other tasks as assigned by the directorTraining will be providedQualifications: Previous experience in home care intake and/or scheduling OR Social Worker preferredStrong computer skills for data entry, other programsMust be detail-orientated and thorough follow-up skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsAbility to coordinate high volume of client and employee appointment schedulesAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
