So we at Classplus decided to empower these coaching institutes making them digitally enabled to compete with e-learning giants and be a part of the evolving world of e-learning.
What you will do?
Responsible for the entire P&L & Operations of the region, Sales forecasts & Plans, Strategy and end-to-end ownership of the designated Category. To lead a team of category managers who manage sub-categories
Own the team, define SOPs, Input & Output metrics, build and execute sales roadmaps, define GTM strategies/launch plans/pre-buzz campaigns for the stakeholders involved
Responsible for driving the supply side pipeline, build a robust lead management engine and work closely with the team for driving maximum business conversions
Develop and execute the category strategy & roadmap keeping Pan-India sales team requirements
Catalogue development, catering to all external/internal customers, ensuring appropriate selection, price-points, availability and SLAs
Management and growth of the team, creating and fostering a healthy team-environment
You should apply, if you
Have established craftsmanship in B2B Businesses, pioneered in SAAS tech/Institutional/Enterprise Sales, adept at building businesses from scratch, and scaling it to success stories
Have 6- 10 years of B2B/B2C experience in FMCG/FMCD segment preferably with a year or two in Ed-tech/E-commerce space.
Have experience in building businesses from scratch, not sales management only
Possess strong people management and persuasion skills to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
Have exposure to enterprise/institutional/B2B selling, SaaS selling is an advantage
Have seep understanding of the tech/creator ecosystem
Have 4 to 8 years in team management role in BD/ Category management
Have led teams of 40 – 50 direct reportees and 5-6 ASMs/ TLs in core sales
Are adept at understanding complex business scenarios and breaking it down to simple solutions that fits the product/offering
