We are looking for a Claims Operations Manager to join us in either London or Northampton
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
managing the day-to-day operations of our claims provider
reviewing the performance of claims against agreed KPIs, customer feedback, and claims data
supporting the onboarding of new insurers and acquisitions into the current claims journey
optimising the performance of claims through competitor analysis and the agreed claims delivery roadmap
responsible for internal and external audits to monitor overall claims performance
We’re looking for someone who is:
passionate about making a difference to the way claims are handled
organised and resilient to drive change and improvements through continued monitoring and evaluation of the claims process
creative and wants to transform their ideas into practice, piloting different solutions
great at communicating with others and able to clearly set out plans in a simple and digestible way
experienced in claims, having worked in a similar role elsewhere
A few more details about the role:
you’ll be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and monitoring claims performance levels
you’ll have the ability to work alongside internal and external stakeholders to discuss and implement changes, creating a better claims experience
experience in commercial insurance would be beneficial to the role
you’ll be creating and managing project roadmaps to monitor delivery of new ideas/improvements
track changes and potential risks from internal and external stakeholders through to completion
