Description : Job Details:
The key role for this position is maintaining all relevant compliance documentation for candidates on assignment with our client facilities.
You will be
Working directly with the Operations Director, Account Manager and Recruiters in order to achieve compliance for on-time start date of candidates with our healthcare facilities.
Maintain healthcare provider credentialing files to ensure all licenses, certificates, health documents, references, skills, testing, etc., are current.
Confirming all required docs have been compiled to packets and forwarded to Account Manager or uploaded to several software applications such as: Fieldglass, Shiftwise, WFX, Stafferlink, RightSourcing, and other VMS software applications.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Create urgency with candidates via email and phone, to encourage timely and accurate document submission by establishing target dates and monitoring document submission progress in order to deliver comprehensive documentation to the client facility for an on-time assignment start date.
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to determine appropriate dates, times and locations for candidates to complete necessary compliance steps including drug screens, background checks, immunizations, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
Demonstrate the ability to guide a candidate Clover Health Services hiring process
Coordinate with Account Manager to ensure all compliance has been completed
Maintain direct communication with candidates, clients, and team members
Able to determine lab values, nursing credentials, verification of nursing licenses
Researching and solving credentialing/re-credentialing problems.
Implementing the initial background check, urine drug screening and detailed credentialing process for all newly hired healthcare providers
Tracking status of credentials, for all healthcare providers and provide required documents
Track validity and expiration of credentials and follow up with candidates to ensure documents remain valid throughout assignment.
Handling confidential information on a daily basis in professional manner.
Maintaining employee’s profiles to ensure 100% compliance daily
Professional interaction with Nurses and other medical professionals
Excellent organizational and communication skills with specific attention to detail and follow up
Maintain proper documentation of processes
Build a strong, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated team delivering 100% quality in compliance
Education and Experience:
Basic College degree preferred
Minimum Five years of experience in provider credentialing, any combination, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
US Healthcare and calling experience preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Night shift only
No rotational shift
