What You’ll Do:
The Clinical Content Lead will work cross functionally with the Content, Product and Engineering teams to create tools and engaging content designed to improve Calm member’s mental health using evidence-based treatment methodologies.
Develop clinical content and tools, both directly (writing, editing) and indirectly (collaborating internally across Calm as well as with SME’s)
Stay on the cutting edge of recent advances in content development in both brick and mortar and virtual mental health interventions
Translate evidence-based treatment into guiding recommendations
Conduct data-informed evaluation and continuous improvement of our clinical content
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer
Who You Are:
Licensed Therapist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and its application to Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
Deep expertise in building digital/virtual behavior change solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills
Deep experience working in a cross functional digital mental health organization
Ability to engage and utilize expert guidance from Calm’s scientific board members as well as external key subject matter experts (SME’s)
